Water resources data for Connecticut, water year 1979

Water resources data for the 1979 water year for Connecticut consist of records of stage, discharge, and water quality of streams; contents and water quality of lakes and reservoirs; and water levels and water quality of ground-water wells. This report contains records of water discharge at 56' gaging stations; stage only at 1 gaging station; tidal volume at 1 gaging station; stage only records at 2 tidal-gaging stations; contents at 36 lakes and reservoirs; water quality at 50 gaging stations, 5 lakes and reservoirs, 2 harbors; 34 wells, and 1 spring; and water levels at 66 observation wells. Also included are data for 41 creststage partial-record stations. Locations of these sites are shown on figures 2, 3, and 4. Additional water data were collected at various sites, not involved in the systematic data-collection program, and are published as miscellaneous measurements and analysis. A few pertinent stations (not included above) in bordering States are also enclosed in this report. These data represent that part of the National Water Data System operated by the U.S. Geological Survey and cooperating State and Federal agencies in Connecticut.

Water resources data for Connecticut, water year 1980

Water resources data for the 1980 water year for Connecticut consist of records of stage, discharge, and water quality of streams; contents and water quality of lakes and reservoirs; and water levels and water quality of ground-water wells. This report contains records of water discharge at 53 gaging stations; storm discharge at 7 gaging stations; stage only at 1 gaging station; tidal volume at 1 gaging station; storm rainfall at 6 gaging stations; stage only records at 3 tidal-gaging stations; contents at 36 lakes and reservoirs; water quality at 46 gaging stations, 5 lakes and reservoirs, 2 harbors, 34 wells, and 1 spring; and water levels at 59 observation wells. Also included are data for 44 crest-stage partial-record stations. Locations of these sites are shown on figures 2, 3, and 4. Additional water data were collected at various sites, not involved in the systematic data-collection program, and are published as miscellaneous measurements and analysis. Water resources data for Georgia, water year 1976

Water resources data for the 1976 water year for Georgia consists of records of stage, discharge, and water quality of streams; stage and contents of lakes and reservoirs. This report contains discharge records for 99 gaging stations; stage for 9 gaging stations, stage and contents for 16 lakes and reservoirs; water quality for 20 continuous stations and 108 periodic stations. Also included are 115 crest-stage stations, 3 miscellaneous discharge measurements and miscellaneous sediment samples at 24 gaging stations. Records for a few pertinent stations in bordering States are also included in this report. Water resources data for the 1975 water year for Louisiana consist of records of stage, discharge, and water quality of streams; stage, contents, and water quality of lakes and reservoirs; and water levels and water quality for wells. This report contains discharge records for 76 gaging stations; stage only records for 36 gaging stations; water quality for 79 continuous, daily or hi-weekly stations, 20 partial-record stations, and 6 wells; and water levels for 105 observation wells. Also included are data for 84 crest-stage partial-record stations and 114 flood-profile partial-record stations. Additional water data were collected at 433 various sites, not part of the systematic data-collection program, and are published as miscellaneous measurements. Water resources data for the 1976 water year for Louisiana consist of records of stage, discharge, and water quality of streams; water quality of lakes; and water levels and water quality for wells. This report contains discharge records for 22 gaging stations; stage only records for 12 gaging stations; water quality for 61 continuous, daily or bi-weekly stations, 240 miscellaneous stations, and 256 wells; and water levels for 387 observation wells. Also included are data for 31 crest-stags partial-record stations and 65 flood-profile partial-record stations.
