Epigenetic uranium deposits in the United States, exclusive of Alaska and Hawaii

Abstract

Productive and unproductive deposits of uranium in the United States (exclusive of Alaska and Hawaii) are shown on the accompanying map. These deposits constitute the actual and some of the potential domestic raw-material sources of uranium. Other potential sources of uranium similar to these known deposits remain to be discovered and are probably distributed, at least in part, in the same general way as the deposits shown on the map.
