Seismological programs in Costa Rica
At the beginning of the 1970's, a series of programs in seismology were initiated by different Costa Rican institutions, and some of these programs are still in the process of development. The institutions are Insituto Costaricense de Electricidad (ICE)- The Costa Rica Institute of Electricity La Universidad Nacional Autonoma (UNA)- The National Autonomous University and La Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR)- The University of Costa Rica.
